About This Project

The project designed by the architect David Chipperfield in the central district of Kensington in London, is one of the most important carried out recently in the field of residential luxury in the British capital.

Entrusted to contractor Sir Robert McAlpine, the De Vere Gardens complex, built on the site of the former Kensington Park and Kensington Palace hotels in front of Kensington Gardens, consists of two buildings built from scratch of a 9-storey building with 5 floors where have been preserved Victorian facades of origin because bound by the Superintendency.

In addition to the 97 apartments, the structure that covers a total of 300,000 m2 net floor area includes the 2-storey underground parking, a sports center with 25-meter pool, spa and sauna.
